Talent Hub is an interview portal where we can hire candidates through different types of tests. By default, the first round is an Aptitude Round. In this round, HR sends a link to candidates through the portal. Candidates like the link, fill in their details, and start the test. While attending the test, we politely ask for permission to record the candidate's video, screen, and photo. After finishing the first round, we set the default mark as 15. If a candidate scores above 15, they move to the second round, which is a technical round. In this round, the manager conducts an interview through our portal, which includes a meeting feature. After the manager shares their feedback, the next round involves Human Resources (HR), similar to the technical round. HR conducts a meeting through our portal and shares their feedback. If the candidate is ready to join, we send offers, and upon acceptance, the candidate is considered hired.We regularly update backups in Git, and our project is live on AWS with an SSL certificate.Managers and HR professionals may access, manage, and update numerous HR-related information and procedures via the Talent Hub portal, a web-based platform. Companies often utilise it to improve the efficiency of their HR recruiting procedures by centralising and streamlining them. Through the site, HR may set up interviews with the candidates who made the short list. They have the ability to issue invites for interviews, define the time and day as well as the format and setting. Recruiters and hiring managers may watch candidates on video and evaluate their fit for the position. It is possible to assess a candidate's body language, communication abilities, and general attitude more precisely using video recording.

Clock-In/Clock-Out: Employees can use the system to log their working hours by clocking in when they start their shift and clocking out when they finish. This can be done manually by employees or automatically using a time clock or biometric authentication (fingerprint or facial recognition). Time Tracking: The system should calculate and display the total hours worked by each employee, taking into account overtime, breaks, and any other relevant time tracking rules or policies.
